Consulting, LLC maintains a strict no refunds and no exchanges policy unless otherwise

stated in writing. Cohort participants may request to complete unfinished sessions in a

future cohort, subject to availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be charged in

full.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright IDEA Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in programs or
